Enterprise customers with on-prem deployments should refer to their enterprise agreement for data handling terms.

TalkingDocuments may collect:

  • Account information (email, authentication identifiers)
  • Usage metadata (timestamps, request counts, feature usage)
  • Uploaded documents and derived data processed on the platform

No payment information is stored on TalkingDocuments systems.

3. Use of Information

Collected information is used to:

  • Provide platform functionality and improve the service
  • Monitor system performance and stability
  • Prevent abuse and misuse of hosted services

Data is not used for training models.

4. Data Retention

  • Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
  • Deleted data is purged within 30 days
  • You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support

5. Data Sharing

  • Data is not sold or shared with third parties
  • External model providers may process data as configured by the user
  • TalkingDocuments does not retain data processed by external model providers beyond operational requirements

  • Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect hosted data
  • No system can be guaranteed fully secure
  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and API keys
