• •Access and features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise)
• •Usage limits, storage quotas, and feature availability are determined by your plan
• •TalkingDocuments may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Free plan accounts may be subject to inactivity limits.

• •Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy
• •TalkingDocuments processes customer data only to provide platform functionality
• •Data is not used for model training

• •Support availability and response times depend on your subscription plan
• •Free plan users have access to the Help Center
• •Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans include priority support

Users may not:

• ✗Abuse the platform or its services
• ✗Attempt to bypass usage limits or circumvent controls
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• ✗Use the platform for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws

• •TalkingDocuments retains all rights to its software and services
• •Subscribers receive usage rights as defined by their plan and these terms
• •No ownership is transferred by these terms

• •Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law
• •TalkingDocuments disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law

• •TalkingDocuments is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• •Liability is limited as permitted by law
• •Enterprise customers may have additional terms as defined in their agreement

• •These terms may be updated periodically
• •Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms
